Steve was able to leave his career in 1998 and join her to become the newest Champaign-Urbana Real Estate married team in East Central Illinois. As sole owners of their new venture it was of the utmost importance for both Steve and Rhonda to maintain professional excellence in their service to over 1500 clients. In 2007 they entered into a partnership and joined the fastest growing Real Estate Company in the United States, Keller Williams Realty. Jackie Ehmen began her real estate career in July of 2003 with the Littlefield Team. Her dedication and commitment to the buyers needs has made her an outstanding Buyer’s Specialists. Jackie especially enjoys helping first time buyers and has been involved with the Champaign County Association of Realtors by serving two years on the Special Projects Committee, one of which she chaired 2 years on the Professional Development Committee and served on the CCAR Golf Outing Committee for 3 years, 1 of which I co-chaired. She is also a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Jackie has lived in Champaign County all of her life. She has two children, a son Neil and a daughter Dana. She was just blessed with a beautiful granddaughter. |
Jeff Klotz is originally from the Champaign/Urbana area. He graduated from Parkland College in 1993 with a degree in computer networking. Jeff has been in the Real Estate business since October of 1998, first as a home inspector and second as a sales partner with the Littlefield Team. His knowledge of the inspection process, area and current climate of the real estate market make him an asset to the consumer looking to buy and sell property. Jeff and his wife, Lisa are raising four children in a community that has provided a great foundation for education, career and social activity.

Jeff Blackford started his real estate career in 2007. He is originally from Fairfield, IL , having moved to Champaign/Urbana in 1998. Jeff graduated from Eastern Illinois in 1993 with a degree in Health Studies. He spends his weekends playing with his two children Aidan 5 and Mia 2. |
