What a great time to consider investing in Champaign real estate.
If your credit score is good and you have built up some equity in your current home or if you have other means for available money, I have never seen a time that I think is any better. There are some great properties that are ready for a new owner.
I have had some friends and acquaintance’s ask about investing in real estate for their children’s college education.
I personally have done that myself and it does work! I do let them know that it is not a program of buy it and forget it. There will have to be work done to the properties by yourself or a hired maintenance person, however there are several advantages to income property ownership that make this worth considering.
I was reading a book the other day and the author made mention several times throughout that most fortunes have been made through the buying and selling of investment properties.
