Farm land in Champaign and surrounding counties is still selling very strongly. I just closed on a 80 acre track of ground in Ayers township, which is located close to Broadlands for $7900 per acre. I will list some other Champaign Real Estate tracts that have recently sold.

Compromise Township 80/a $ 5800/ per acre

Compromise Township 110/a $4800/ per acre no sale at this time

Pilot Township 80/ a $6150/ per acre

Douglas County 74.7/a $8000/ per acre

Vermilion County 80/a $5700/ per acre
